หมวด ๕ การรังวัดที่ดิน

เพื่อประโยชน์แก่การรังวัด ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจ
(๑) เรียกผู้มีสิทธิในที่ดินข้างเคียงมาระวังแนวเขต และลงชื่อรับทราบแนวเขตที่ดินของตน
(๒) เรียกให้บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาให้ถ้อยคำ หรือสั่งให้ส่งเอกสาร หรือหลักฐานอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องในการสอบสวน
