Section 9 ประมวลกฎหมายที่ดิน
หมวด ๑ บทเบ็ดเสร็จทั่วไป
(๑) เข้าไปยึดถือ ครอบครอง รวมตลอดถึงการก่นสร้างหรือเผาป่า
(๒) ทำด้วยประการใด ให้เป็นการทำลาย หรือทำให้เสื่อมสภาพที่ดิน ที่หิน ที่กรวด หรือที่ทราย ในบริเวณที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศหวงห้ามในราชกิจจานุเบกษา หรือ (๓) ทำสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดอันเป็นอันตรายแก่ทรัพยากรในที่ดิน
