หมวด ๕ นิติบุคคลอาคารชุด

การแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการให้เป็นไปตามมติที่ประชุมใหญ่เจ้าของร่วมตามมาตรา ๔๙ และให้ผู้จัดการซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งนำหลักฐาน หรือสัญญาจ้างไปจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ที่ประชุมใหญ่เจ้าของร่วมมีมติ
