ให้ประธานกรรมการเป็นผู้เรียกประชุมคณะกรรมการ และในกรณีที่กรรมการตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไปร้องขอให้เรียกประชุมคณะกรรมการ ให้ประธานกรรมการกำหนดวันประชุมภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับการร้องขอ
