หมวด ๕ นิติบุคคลอาคารชุด

เมื่อมีข้อบังคับกำหนดให้เจ้าของร่วมเพียงบางคนต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการใดโดยเฉพาะ ให้เจ้าของร่วมเหล่านี้เท่านั้นมีส่วนออกเสียงในมติที่เกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายในการนั้น โดยแต่ละคนมีคะแนนเสียงตามอัตราส่วนที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับตามมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคหนึ่ง
