ผู้มีกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดินและอาคารตามมาตรา ๖ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๖/๑ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือมาตรา ๖/๒ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท
