เมื่อได้ส่งแจ้งความนัดประชุมหรือแจ้งความใด ๆ ไปยังเจ้าหนี้ทั้งหลายในราชอาณาจักรแล้ว แม้เจ้าหนี้บางคนจะยังไม่ได้รับ ก็ไม่ทำให้การประชุมหรือการนั้นเสียไป
