ส่วนที่ ๖ การประนอมหนี้ก่อนล้มละลาย

เมื่อศาลได้มีคำสั่งเห็นชอบด้วยการประนอมหนี้แล้ว ให้เจ้าพนักงานพิทักษ์ทรัพย์โฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษาและในหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งฉบับภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ศาลมีคำสั่งเห็นชอบ
