ส่วนที่ ๑๐ การปลดจากล้มละลาย

การที่ศาลได้มีคำสั่งปลดจากล้มละลายนั้นไม่ทำให้บุคคลซึ่งเป็นหุ้นส่วนกับบุคคลล้มละลาย หรือรับผิดร่วมกับบุคคลล้มละลาย หรือค้ำประกัน หรืออยู่ในลักษณะอย่างผู้ค้ำประกันของบุคคลล้มละลายหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิดไปด้วย
