ส่วนที่ ๑๐ การปลดจากล้มละลาย

เมื่อศาลได้เพิกถอนคำสั่งปลดจากล้มละลายแล้ว ให้เจ้าพนักงานพิทักษ์ทรัพย์โฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษาและในหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งฉบับ ทั้งให้แจ้งกำหนดเวลาให้เจ้าหนี้ทั้งหลายเสนอคำขอรับชำระหนี้ที่ลูกหนี้ได้กระทำขึ้นภายหลังที่ศาลมีคำสั่งปลดจากล้มละลาย ก่อนที่ศาลได้มีคำสั่งให้เพิกถอนนั้นด้วย
