ถ้าหนี้ที่ขอรับชำระได้กำหนดไว้เป็นเงินตราต่างประเทศ ให้คิดเป็นเงินตราไทยตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในวันที่ศาลมีคำสั่งพิทักษ์ทรัพย์
