ลักษณะ ๑๒ รถแท็กซี่

ผู้ขับขี่รถแท็กซี่ต้องพาคนโดยสารไปยังสถานที่ที่ว่าจ้างตามเส้นทางที่สั้นที่สุดหรือเส้นทางที่ไม่อ้อมเกินควร และต้องส่งคนโดยสาร ณ สถานที่ตามที่ตกลงกันไว้ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ขับขี่รถแท็กซี่พาคนโดยสารไปทอดทิ้งระหว่างทางไม่ว่าด้วยประการใด ๆ
