ลักษณะ ๑๓ คนเดินเท้า
(๑) เป็นแถวทหารหรือตำรวจ ที่มีผู้ควบคุมตามระเบียบแบบแผน
(๒) แถวหรือขบวนแห่หรือขบวนใด ๆ ที่หัวหน้าเจ้าพนักงานจราจร*ได้อนุญาตและปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่หัวหน้าเจ้าพนักงานจราจร*กำหนด
