ลักษณะ ๑๕ รถม้า เกวียนและเลื่อน

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ขับขี่รถม้าหรือเกวียนหรือเลื่อนที่เทียมด้วยสัตว์จอดรถม้าหรือเกวียนหรือเลื่อนในทางโดยไม่มีผู้ควบคุม เว้นแต่ได้ผูกสัตว์ที่เทียมนั้นไว้ไม่ให้ลากรถม้าหรือเกวียนหรือเลื่อนต่อไปได้
