ลักษณะ ๑๙ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ขับขี่ผู้ใดขับรถในระหว่างถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตขับขี่ตามมาตรา ๑๔๒/๑ วรรคสาม หรือมาตรา ๑๔๒/๕ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
