Clause 7 กฎกระทรวงแบ่งส่วนราชการสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวง กระทรวงมหาดไทย พ.ศ. 2553

กองการเจ้าหน้าที่ มีอำนาจหน้าที่ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) จัดระบบบริหารงานบุคคลของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวง เว้นแต่การฝึกอบรม
(๒) จัดระบบบริหารงานบุคคลที่อยู่ในอำนาจหน้าที่ของกระทรวง
(๓) ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
