(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) คณะรัฐมนตรีให้ออก
(๔) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๕) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ หรือ (๖) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก เว้นแต่โทษสำหรับความผิดที่ได้กระทำโดยประมาทหรือความผิดลหุโทษ
