หมวด ๒ ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว
(๑) คดีอาญาที่มีข้อหาว่าเด็กหรือเยาวชนกระทำความผิด
(๒) คดีอาญาที่ศาลซึ่งมีอำนาจพิจารณาคดีธรรมดาได้โอนมาตามมาตรา ๙๗ วรรคหนึ่ง (๓) คดีครอบครัว
(๔) คดีคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพ
(๕) คดีอื่นที่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติให้เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว
