ภายใต้บังคับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ว่าด้วยการโอนคดีในท้องที่ที่ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวเปิดทำการแล้ว ห้ามมิให้ศาลชั้นต้นอื่นใดในท้องที่นั้นรับคดีที่อยู่ในอำนาจศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวไว้พิจารณาพิพากษา
