หมวด ๑๐ การพิจารณาคดีอาญา

ในศาลที่มีอำนาจพิจารณาคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว จำเลยจะมีทนายความแก้คดีแทนไม่ได้ แต่ให้จำเลยมีที่ปรึกษากฎหมายเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทำนองเดียวกับทนายความได้ ในกรณีที่จำเลยไม่มีที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย ให้ศาลแต่งตั้งที่ปรึกษากฎหมายให้
