หมวด ๑๕ การพิจารณาคดีคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพ

ในกรณีที่มีการปฏิบัติต่อเด็กโดยมิชอบด้วยกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองเด็ก ให้เด็กหรือผู้ปกครองของเด็กนั้นร้องขอให้ศาลออกคำสั่งคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพตามหมวดนี้ได้ โดยให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๑๕๕ มาตรา ๑๕๖ มาตรา ๑๗๒ มาตรา ๑๗๓ มาตรา ๑๗๔ มาตรา ๑๗๖ มาตรา ๑๗๗ และมาตรา ๑๗๘ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
