หมวด ๔ ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน

ห้ามผู้จ้างงานจัดหาหรือส่งมอบวัตถุดิบ อุปกรณ์ หรือสิ่งอื่นที่ใช้ในการทำงานที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน บุคคลในบ้าน ผู้มาติดต่อ รวมทั้งชุมชนหรือสิ่งแวดล้อมใกล้เคียง
