หมวด ๖ การยื่นคำร้องและการพิจารณาคำร้อง

ในกรณีที่ผู้จ้างงานปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของพนักงานตรวจแรงงานตามมาตรา ๓๔ ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดหรือได้ปฏิบัติตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลแรงงานแล้ว การดำเนินคดีอาญาต่อผู้จ้างงานให้เป็นอันระงับไป
