หมวด ๒ กองทุนส่งเสริมงานวัฒนธรรม

ให้มีคณะกรรมการกองทุนประกอบด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในการบริหารจัดการด้านการเงิน และด้านวัฒนธรรมซึ่งคณะกรรมการแต่งตั้งจำนวนไม่เกินแปดคนเป็นกรรมการ ให้กรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่งเลือกกรรมการคนหนึ่งเป็นประธานกรรมการของคณะกรรมการกองทุน ให้อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมเป็นกรรมการและเลขานุการ
