หมวด ๒ กองทุนส่งเสริมงานวัฒนธรรม

ให้คณะกรรมการกองทุนจัดทำงบดุลและบัญชีทำการส่งผู้สอบบัญชีตรวจสอบภายในหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชีทุกปี ให้สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินหรือบุคคลภายนอกตามที่คณะกรรมการกองทุนแต่งตั้งด้วยความเห็นชอบจากสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินเป็นผู้สอบบัญชีของกองทุนทุกรอบปีและรายงานผลการสอบบัญชีของกองทุนเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการ
