ลักษณะ ๑ บททั่วไป
(๑) ข้าราชการอัยการ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการผู้ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งพนักงานอัยการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยองค์กรอัยการและพนักงานอัยการ
(๒) ข้าราชการธุรการ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการในสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดนอกจาก (๑)
