หมวด ๒ การดำเนินการทางวินัย

เมื่อคณะกรรมการสอบสวนได้ทำการสอบสวนเสร็จแล้ว ให้รายงานผลการสอบสวนและความเห็นต่อ ก.อ. เพื่อพิจารณาต่อไป และเมื่อ ก.อ. มีมติเป็นประการใด ให้ประธาน ก.อ. มีคำสั่งให้เป็นไปตามมตินั้น
