หมวด ๔ การลงโทษ
(๑) ไล่ออก
(๒) ปลดออก
(๓) ให้ออก
(๔) งดการเลื่อนตำแหน่ง หรืองดเลื่อนชั้นหรือขั้นเงินเดือน
(๕) ภาคทัณฑ์ ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๗๙ การสั่งลงโทษไล่ออก ปลดออก หรือให้ออกนั้นจะกระทำได้เมื่อได้ดำเนินการสอบสวนพิจารณาตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในหมวด ๒ แห่งลักษณะนี้แล้ว
