ให้นโยบายเสริมสร้างสันติสุขในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ตามคำสั่งสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ที่ ๒๐๖/๒๕๔๙ ลงวันที่ ๓๐ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ เป็นนโยบายการบริหารและการพัฒนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ตามมาตรา ๔ จนกว่าจะได้จัดทำนโยบายขึ้นใหม่หรือปรับปรุงตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
