ลักษณะ ๓ การบำบัดรักษาผู้ติดยาเสพติด

ให้สถานพยาบาลยาเสพติดหรือสถานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติดมีหน้าที่และอำนาจดำเนินการบำบัดรักษาหรือการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ ประเมินผล ติดตามดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง จัดทำและเก็บข้อมูลประวัติของผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดรักษาหรือการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ รวมทั้งดำเนินการลดอันตรายจากยาเสพติด แล้วแต่กรณี
