ลักษณะ ๑ บทบัญญัติทั่วไป

ผู้ใดรู้หรืออาจรู้ความลับในทางราชการเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามประมวลกฎหมายนี้ กระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ผู้อื่นรู้หรืออาจรู้ความลับดังกล่าว เว้นแต่เป็นการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่หรือตามกฎหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
