ลักษณะ ๑ บทบัญญัติทั่วไป

ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดโดยแต่งเครื่องแบบหรือโดยแต่งกายให้เข้าใจว่าเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน ข้าราชการ พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่น พนักงานองค์การหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือพนักงานอื่นของรัฐ ต้องระวางโทษหนักกว่าที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นอีกกึ่งหนึ่ง
