หมวด ๒ มาตรการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สิน

ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการกระทำความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดเป็นทรัพย์สินที่สามารถดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอื่นได้และการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอื่นจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ทางราชการมากกว่า คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินอาจมีคำสั่งให้ส่งทรัพย์สินนั้นไปดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอื่นก็ได้
