หมวด ๒ การควบคุมและการบริหาร
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) มีอายุไม่เกินหกสิบปีบริบูรณ์ในวันที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง
(๓) สามารถปฏิบัติงานให้แก่กองทุนได้เต็มเวลา
(๔) ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๔ (๑) (๒) (๓) (๔) (๖) และ (๗)
