ส่วนที่ ๗ การอุทธรณ์และการร้องทุกข์

เมื่อ ก.ร. พิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์แล้ว ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาซึ่งมีอำนาจสั่งบรรจุตามมาตรา ๔๒ ดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามคำวินิจฉัยนั้นภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ ก.ร. มีคำวินิจฉัย ผู้บังคับบัญชาผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ถือว่าเป็นการจงใจละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบเพื่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่บุคคลอื่น
