หมวด ๘ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดให้ถ้อยคำหรือแสดงพยานหลักฐานอันเป็นเท็จเกี่ยวกับการขอรับค่าตอบแทน ค่าทดแทน หรือค่าใช้จ่ายตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ต่อคณะกรรมการ คณะอนุกรรมการ หรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
