หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ในกรณีที่ผู้เสียหายหรือจำเลยถึงแก่ความตายก่อนที่จะได้รับค่าตอบแทน ค่าทดแทน หรือค่าใช้จ่าย แล้วแต่กรณี ให้สิทธิในการเรียกร้องและการรับค่าตอบแทน ค่าทดแทน หรือค่าใช้จ่าย ตกแก่ทายาทซึ่งได้รับความเสียหายของผู้เสียหายหรือจำเลยนั้น ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
