Section 3 พระราชกำหนดการให้ความช่วยเหลือทางการเงินแก่ผู้ที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากอุทกภัย พ.ศ. 2555

ในพระราชกำหนดนี้ “อุทกภัย” หมายความว่า อุทกภัยที่เกิดขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ และในเขตพื้นที่ที่มีการประกาศเป็นพื้นที่ประสบภัยพิบัติกรณีฉุกเฉินตามระเบียบกระทรวงการคลังเกี่ยวกับเงินทดรองราชการเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติกรณีฉุกเฉิน “สถาบันการเงิน” หมายความว่า ธนาคารพาณิชย์ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยธุรกิจสถาบันการเงินและธนาคารที่มีกฎหมายเฉพาะจัดตั้งขึ้น
