ผู้ถูกเรียกเก็บเงินอากรและเงินเพิ่มอากรตามความในวรรคก่อนจะอุทธรณ์คำสั่งก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ให้นำบทบัญญัติว่าด้วยการอุทธรณ์ตามส่วน ๒ หมวด ๒ ลักษณะ ๒ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
