ส่วน ๒ เบ็ดเตล็ด
เพื่อความสะดวกของผู้มีหน้าที่เสียอากร การปฏิบัติในการขีดฆ่าตามความในมาตรา ๑๐๓ หรือการปฏิบัติตามความในมาตรา ๑๐๕ มาตรา ๑๐๕ ทวิ มาตรา ๑๐๕ ตรี และมาตรา ๑๐๕ จัตวา นั้น อธิบดีโดยอนุมัติรัฐมนตรี มีอำนาจกำหนดวิธีการให้ปฏิบัติเป็นอย่างอื่น หรือจะยกเว้นไม่ให้ต้องปฏิบัติก็ได้
