ลักษณะ ๑ ข้อความเบื้องต้น

จตุทศ ในกรณีที่ต้องหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลรัษฎากร ให้ผู้มีหน้าที่หักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย หักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายและนำส่งก่อน ไม่ว่าการจ่ายเงินนั้นจะเกิดขึ้นจากคำสั่งหรือคำบังคับของศาลหรือตามกฎหมายหรือเหตุอื่นใดก็ตาม
