ฐานภาษีสำหรับการขายสินค้า การให้บริการ หรือการนำเข้าสินค้าที่มิได้บัญญัติไว้ในส่วนนี้ ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา และในพระราชกฤษฎีกาจะกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ และเงื่อนไขใด ๆ เพื่อการคำนวณมูลค่าของฐานภาษีสำหรับกิจการดังกล่าวด้วยก็ได้
