ส่วน ๑๐ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเพิ่มหนี้ ใบลดหนี้
ให้ตัวแทนที่ผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียนได้ขอและได้รับอนุมัติแล้วออกใบกำกับภาษีแทนผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียนได้ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่อธิบดีกำหนด และให้ตัวแทนดังกล่าวมีหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบเช่นเดียวกับและร่วมกับผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียนในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับใบกำกับภาษี
