พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ เดือนกันยายน รัตนโกสินทร์ศก ๑๐๘ สืบไป ให้เจ้าพนักงานผู้รักษาหน้าที่และผู้ที่ประสงค์จะใช้รูปหมายลายแผ่นดิน ประพฤติตามประกาศนี้จงทุกประการ
