หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการสภาวิชาชีพสังคมสงเคราะห์
(๑) เป็นผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้ประกอบวิชาชีพสังคมสงเคราะห์รับอนุญาต
(๒) ไม่เคยถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตหรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต
(๓) ไม่เคยถูกศาลสั่งให้เป็นบุคคลล้มละลายทุจริต
