หมวด ๒ หอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ

เมื่อเก็บรักษาเอกสารจดหมายเหตุไว้ที่หอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติแล้ว ผู้ใดจะนำออกจากหอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติมิได้ เว้นแต่การนำออกแสดง ณ ที่ใด ๆ เป็นการชั่วคราวเพื่อซ่อมแซม หรือด้วยเหตุจำเป็นอื่นใด ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่อธิบดีกำหนด
