ให้บรรดาระเบียบและประกาศของกองทุนที่ออกตามระเบียบรัฐสภาว่าด้วยกองทุนสงเคราะห์ผู้เคยเป็นสมาชิกรัฐสภา พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓ ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้มีผลใช้บังคับคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะได้มีระเบียบที่ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
