หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือพนักงานสอบสวนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่ราชการอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการกระทำความผิดตามหมวดนี้ ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสามเท่าของโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
