หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ สิทธิ และความรับผิดของผู้ส่งและผู้รับตราส่ง
(๑) ของไปถึงสถานที่ที่ระบุให้ส่งมอบ และผู้รับตราส่งได้เรียกให้ผู้ขนส่งส่งมอบของนั้น หรือเรียกให้ผู้ขนส่งมอบใบตราส่งฉบับที่สองและได้รับมอบใบตราส่งนั้นแล้ว หรือ (๒) มีการส่งมอบของให้แก่ผู้รับตราส่ง เมื่อสิทธิของผู้ส่งสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว ให้ผู้ขนส่งปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้รับตราส่ง
