หมวด ๑ สัญญารับขนของทางถนนระหว่างประเทศ

สัญญารับขนของทางถนนระหว่างประเทศ คือ สัญญาที่ผู้ขนส่งตกลงที่จะดำเนินการหรือจัดให้มีการขนส่งของทางถนน จากสถานที่ในประเทศหนึ่งไปยังสถานที่ในอีกประเทศหนึ่งโดยผู้ส่งตกลงที่จะชำระค่าระวางให้แก่ผู้ขนส่ง
